Guidelines for Audio-Visual Presentations

Oral Presentations

Regular papers have a 25-minute time slot expecting 20 min presentation + 5 min for Q/A and changing the speaker.

Student papers have a 15-minute time slot expecting 12 min presentation + 3 min for Q/A and changing the speaker.

Onsite, please upload your presentation files in the PPTX or PDF format to the conference computer in advance. The preferred slide ratio is 16:9. You are free to use your favourite template for the slides.

Poster Presentation

Please have with you a printed poster for your interactive presentation. An A0-sized poster in the portrait layout is preferred. A1-sized portrait or landscape layout posters will also fit the A0-Portrait poster stands. The poster sessions are co-located with coffee breaks.
