Symposium participation fees

The registration fee (also the Student registration fee) includes participation at the Symposium, lunches and coffee breaks on May 3-5, Welcome Reception on May 3 and a Social Event (inc. Gala Dinner)on May 4.

- In order to be published in the conference proceedings, each accepted Regular paper (oral presentation or poster) must be accompanied by at least one Regular registration, even if the speaker is a student. Please provide your Paper ID in the registration form.

- Each accepted Student paper must be accompanied by at least one Student or Regular registration.

- Students may be requested to send a document from their universities signed by the head of the department that confirms their student status at the time of the Symposium. 

- VAT 20% is included in all the fees.

Cancellations and refund

Cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail DDECS2023@taltech.ee. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received by March 31, 2023: 20% is held as an administrative fee.
Cancellations received after March 31, 2023: no refund will be made.

All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

Invitation Letter for VISA Application

An invitation letter can be requested by e-mail DDECS2023@taltech.ee. Invitation Letters will only be issued for fully registered symposium delegates (full payment of the registration fees is required).
